The shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free shipping on all sample orders above $50.
We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure that your products are not damaged during transit. If you receive any damaged products, please contact us at sales@bwgrev.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy
At BWG Gourmet Exports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at sales@bwgrev.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unopened products. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened products due to hygiene reasons.
